Hi! I'm Sally.
I used to edit for audiences. Now I design for humans.

When I'm not feeding baby goats, I'm either baking or watching video essays on YouTube. I also run 10ks and the occasional half-marathon, even though I still don't really understand why anyone would pay to run.
I have a Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction and Design from UC Irvine as well as a Bachelor's in Film & TV Production and a minor in East Asian Languages & Cultures from USC. But this is just my fancy way of saying I edit videos, speak Korean and Japanese, and solve a lot of problems.
Over the years, I've held several different titles. But whether I'm a film editor, a creative director, an administrator, a designer, or whatever else, I think in the end, I'm a storyteller. I use empathy to understand that any process begins with humans so that every "story" I tell - whether through films or wireframes - would be something we can all relate to.
In September 2021, I was selected as the student speaker for my UCI MHCID commencement and spoke on the same podium on which several giants like President Obama and numerous Nobel prize winners had previously stood.
Nervous? Me? Hardly. *voice quivers*
